Heeeee! fancy that! Hope he's vaping.


Health Minister Norman Lamb, who said he quit smoking last week, told BBC Breakfast the campaign (Stoptober) was "a good investment in health promotion".

Well, well, surprise....

 If he is vaping, he could recommend a better investment, yes?
