The MHRA has no business on our turf - we are not in the system they regulate for

If you listen to this video,(sorry won't let me embed) you will wonder how the MHRA can pronounce on electronic cigarettes at all. They are not in their remit as they regulate on medical products. E-cigs are not medical products.

If they want some electronic cigarettes as medical devices, it's an affirmation that they know they work. What a compliment. But they need to back off the consumer product that is already out there. Vapers are not patients to be protected, nor are we ill. We are not even in the medical system they regulate for. The MHRA have no business on our turf.
